1. Company and controller information

ECOMPETE SOLUTIONS LTD is the Website operator and the data controller for personal information it controls in connection with the Website.

All client inquiries, project communication, orders, and payments are handled exclusively through Fiverr. For a privacy request or data-protection complaint, use the official SellerPilot Fiverr profile or send written legal correspondence to the registered office above. This Policy covers the public Website only, not separate websites or applications linked from it.

2. Information collected

The Website does not operate an independent commercial contact form, booking system, checkout, or public user account. In its current configuration, the Website may involve the following information:

• Technical request information: The Website is delivered through OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare Worker infrastructure. These providers may process ordinary technical request information, such as IP address, browser or device information, requested pages, dates and times, and security information, to deliver and protect the Website.
• Google Drive video information: The Knowledge Base loads a Google Drive player only after you choose to open a video. Google may then process technical information or use its own technologies under its own privacy practices.
• Local browser inputs: The Client Report Generator has a local validation interface. In its current configuration, selected files, notes, and choices remain in the visitor’s browser and are not uploaded or transmitted to SellerPilot.
• Fiverr information: If you use Fiverr to inquire about or order services, Fiverr processes information under its own practices. ECOMPETE SOLUTIONS LTD may process information made available through Fiverr, such as your Fiverr username, messages, order details, and project materials, where necessary for the relevant inquiry, order, or service.

3. How information is used and lawful bases

We use information only as necessary to operate, secure, and maintain the Website; respond to and manage Fiverr inquiries and services; meet legal, accounting, and record-keeping obligations; and establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

Where UK data-protection law applies, the lawful bases are our legitimate interests in operating and securing the Website and managing the business responsibly; taking steps at your request or performing a service arrangement; and compliance with legal obligations. We do not use the Website for advertising profiling or marketing analytics in its current configuration.

4. Cookies, analytics, local storage, and authentication

SellerPilot’s current public Website code does not configure analytics, advertising pixels, Firebase, marketing cookies, local storage, session storage, or public user authentication. It does not maintain an application-level customer database or analytics database.

External services can apply their own practices after you use them. In particular, Google Drive may use its own technologies after you open an embedded video, and Fiverr processes information after you follow a Fiverr link or use its platform. If SellerPilot adds non-essential tracking or similar technologies in the future, this Policy and the Website’s controls will be updated before those technologies are used.

5. Third-party services

The Website uses OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare infrastructure to deliver the public Website, and Google Drive for Knowledge Base videos opened by visitors. It links to Fiverr for commercial communication, orders, payment, delivery, cancellations, and disputes. Each third party processes information under its own terms and privacy practices.

We do not process orders or payments directly through the Website. Other external links, such as marketplace documentation, are provided for information only and are subject to the privacy practices of the site you visit.

6. Fiverr

All client inquiries, project communication, orders, payments, delivery arrangements, cancellations, and disputes are handled exclusively through Fiverr. Fiverr is a separate platform and processes information under its own privacy practices and terms.

Where ECOMPETE SOLUTIONS LTD receives information through Fiverr, it uses that information only as described in this Policy and as necessary for the relevant inquiry, order, or service delivery.

7. Data retention

The public Website does not maintain a customer database, persistent browser storage, or its own analytics records in its current configuration. Hosting and infrastructure providers retain technical information according to their operational and security settings. Google Drive and Fiverr retain information according to their own practices.

ECOMPETE SOLUTIONS LTD retains Fiverr-related service records only for as long as needed to provide or manage the relevant service, resolve a dispute, protect legal rights, or meet legal, accounting, tax, and record-keeping obligations.

8. International processing

The providers named in this Policy operate internationally. Technical information or service information may therefore be processed outside the United Kingdom, including by OpenAI Sites, Cloudflare, Google, or Fiverr under their own practices. Where ECOMPETE SOLUTIONS LTD is responsible for a restricted transfer under UK data-protection law, it will use an appropriate lawful transfer mechanism or safeguard where required.

9. UK data-protection rights

Subject to applicable law, you may have the right to request access to your personal information, correction of inaccurate information, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and to object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time.

To make a request relating to SellerPilot, use the official SellerPilot Fiverr profile or send written legal correspondence to the registered office in section 1. Requests concerning information held by Fiverr should be directed to Fiverr. You may also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.

10. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures appropriate to the information we control. However, no online service or transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The current version will be published on the Website with its updated date.
