SellerPilot is a trading name operated by ECOMPETE SOLUTIONS LTD, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 15336383.

2. Purpose of the Website

The Website provides general information about SellerPilot’s ecommerce consulting and marketplace-management services. Website content is informational and does not itself create a binding offer, guarantee, or agreement to provide services.

SellerPilot may provide ecommerce consulting, research, account management, recommendations, and optional implementation support, subject to the scope agreed for a particular project through Fiverr.

3. Fiverr is the exclusive commercial channel

All client inquiries, project communication, orders, payments, delivery, cancellations, and disputes are handled exclusively through Fiverr. The Website does not offer an independent commercial contact form, booking system, checkout, or alternative purchasing method.

Transactions are also subject to Fiverr’s applicable terms, policies, dispute procedures, and the scope agreed through Fiverr. These Website Terms do not replace or override Fiverr’s terms.

SellerPilot does not guarantee eligibility, approval, reinstatement, enforcement, ranking, traffic, sales, revenue, profitability, marketplace visibility, Buy Box placement, account status, advertising performance, or any other commercial or platform-specific outcome.

Any examples, recommendations, observations, research, or service descriptions on the Website are provided for general informational purposes and do not guarantee a particular result.

6. Client responsibilities

Clients remain responsible for their own accounts, products, listings, claims, documents, decisions, compliance obligations, permissions, marketplace activity, and communications with third parties.

SellerPilot may provide research, recommendations, and optional implementation support, but clients remain responsible for reviewing and approving actions taken in relation to their businesses.

7. Independence from third-party platforms

SellerPilot and ECOMPETE SOLUTIONS LTD are independent and are not affiliated with, authorised by, endorsed by, or sponsored by Amazon, Walmart, Etsy, Shopify, Fiverr, OpenAI, or any other platform mentioned on the Website.

References to third-party platforms, products, services, brands, or policies are for identification and informational purposes only.

8. Intellectual property and brand use

The Website content, SellerPilot name, branding, design, text, graphics, and other original materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
